Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us!  We will gladly accept returns and exchanges should the need arise.  Please contact me at jkcedesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.  Refunds will be made via the original payment method.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
